
How does one improve health?
There are four key elements in a working health system.



SOCIAL
Feeling welcome in the gym is essential. So we spend a lot of effort on this.
We're working actively to be a safer space for beginners, neurodivergent- and the LGBTQI+ community.
Everybody gets attention and a place to train.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is key in making change, as well as sustaining health. Having a plan based on your life choises will help you a lot.
Structure
You want a well balanced fitness: muscle balance with endurance. We'll take you there step-by-step and we do all the planning for you.
All you have to do is show up.

FiTNESS
Physical fitness is being strong and having good endurance combined. Our standard combines 15 different categories or sports into on combined system of health.

STEP 1: Assess

Finding your 15+ point baseline, getting an overview of what you can do

Through technique classes, find out what your level is for each of the basic 15 categories to establish what levels are safe and doable for you when doing your workouts
STEP 2: Train

Working on improving with extra focus on your goals.

The assessments results and your coach will help you do your workouts on a challenging but doable level of the workouts to hit that sweet spot that will help you progress
STEP 3: Progress

We’ll retest one or a few levels every 4-12 weeks, to make sure that we’re making progress. If we hit the next level we celebrate, and that makes it easy to stay motivated: you have evidence that your workouts are paying off. If we miss the target we can realign the workout plan to fix missing links in the chain.
