Fitness should be PERSONAL,
even in group training.

Functional fitness has grown a lot over the last decade. But there is one fatal flaw with most group fitness programs: everyone does the same workout! At our gym, we adjust each workout for you individually, so that you’re always doing the workout just right for you.

 

This is what is missing in the chaos of regular functional fitness gyms, with us you will ASSESS your fitness so we can get a great starting point, we make sure to ADDRESS specific weaknesses, and PROGRESS you towards your goals in a fun, safe and effective way.

Destroying the intimidation factor

We get it, it can be intimidating to work out alongside others who are more fit than you. It might feel like you need to “get in shape” before joining the gym.

 

But you can absolutely rest assured that we have a workout ready for every single level. Even if you are an absolute beginner, totally out of shape, we have a workout for you. If you are incredibly fit, we have a workout for you, because our group classes are always tailored to your level.

 

In the same class, you’ll have beginner and advanced folks working side by side, doing a workout appropriate to each. Combine this with a community of people who want everyone to be better, stronger, and healthier, you get a life changing combination.

WELL ROUNDED

Well-rounded fitness allows us to enjoy life more. Experience things without training for them specifically: hiking, biking, playing with kids, just have more energy for life. CrossFit prepares you for all that.

Safety is a key factor in longevity. Health and Fitness is a long-term endeavor and to make progress you need to stay in the game. And although injuries can occur anytime and anywhere in life, training smartly and methodically will help avoid them.

ONRAMP TO CROSSFIT

The main focus of the ONRAMP course is on effective and safe movement, in order to build an athletic base. We teach  progressions and assess your endurance, strength & muscle balance. The On-Ramp is not just intense workouts; It's a fun way to learn and get to know our gym.

The movements build up from basic movement patterns, to gradually more intense and demanding exercises. The progressions are perfectly suitable for a complete beginner. We use Level Method for out assessments which gives you a clear view of where you are at and where to go next. The assessments help you pick your levels in the workouts after the ONRAMP course.

MORNING OR EVENING?

Every class is coached and explained, including warmup.

Early in the morning, lunch hours or later in the afternoon, you can find us close to Kurvi, Sörnäinen at all suitable hours.
